Before work begins

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided work has not started.

Once work has started

Refunds are prorated based on work already delivered. A written breakdown will be shared with any refund calculation.

After delivery

Once final deliverables have been handed over, the engagement is considered complete and refunds are not available.

How to request a refund
