Agreement

By booking a service from Zephyr Creative Marketing you agree to these Terms. The practice is operated by Chanchala Kumari as an Independent Sole Trader in the United Kingdom.

Services

All services are delivered as one-time, defined engagements with a published scope and price. Deliverables and timelines are set out at the start of each project.

Fees & payment

Fees are payable in full before work begins via a secure Stripe checkout. Prices are shown in GBP.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to the materials required to complete the engagement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the client-specific deliverables produced for your business. I retain ownership of underlying frameworks, templates and know-how.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. I do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes; marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside my control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Zephyr Creative Marketing is independently owned and operated by Chanchala Kumari as a Sole Trader in the United Kingdom.
