Client Service Agreement

Parties

This agreement is between the client and Chanchala Kumari, trading as Zephyr Creative Marketing, an Independent Sole Trader in the United Kingdom.

Scope of work

The specific deliverables, timeline and price are set out in the service description at time of purchase and, where relevant, in a written project brief.

Communication

Primary communication is by email and scheduled video calls. Response times are within one business day.

Revisions

Each engagement includes a reasonable revision round on written deliverables. Additional revisions may be scoped and priced separately.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private, as further set out in the Confidentiality Policy.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Zephyr Creative Marketing is independently owned and operated by Chanchala Kumari as a Sole Trader in the United Kingdom.
